There is actually no specified time when one should start preparing for the placement process. But one can start as soon as one is in first year of college to as late as after passing out of college.

The preparation should be systematic and our aim is that our site should be of maximum use to the candidates. Mentioned below is the advisable process that you should follow for your preparation.
 
Register on our site and try attempting the sample tests. Attempt the evaluate yourself based on the knowledge that you have acquired over the years of your studies. Your score in these tests reflect the amount of practice that you need to do with our simulator tests.
Become a paid member of our site. Your access to vast set of practice tests will be enabled.
Start practicing the tests in different Aptitude areas.
You need to work hard and practice our tests again and again. Only after you have attempted all the tests and with increasing score will you be able to cross the cut offs of the actual tests.
The solutions of the questions should be read carefully so that you do the same question correctly the next time.
Once you are done with the practice tests, attempt the final comprehensive tests. Your score in these tests will reflect where you stand in terms of facing the placement process.
Do attempt the Subject Tests depending on your specialization, branch or the Employer that you are targeting to apply. For example a mechanical engineering student should attempt the computer science tests if he/she is planning to apply to software companies.
Some companies have GD as part of the selection process. Prepare yourself on various topics listed on our site. Also get yourself updated on current topics from News. You should have some points ready to speak about different topics.
Interview will generally consist of 2 rounds.
